About Clocto

Clocto is a time tracking, project budgeting and billing app for teams that bill their time to projects, grants and contracts. Team members log the hours they work on each project and submit each month. Administrators see every project's budget as it is spent, manage the team and its rates, and prepare billing and reports.

Who it is for

Organizations whose staff time is paid for by projects, such as nonprofits working on grants and consultancies working on contracts. Clocto was first built for a nonprofit's own staff and is now open to other organizations.

What it does

• Timesheet and calendar: log hours by project in a weekly grid or beside your meetings.
• Magic Fill: suggested entries from your Google Calendar, reviewed before saving.
• Project budgets: labor, contractor and expense budgets, month by month.
• Billing and reports: billable hours at the right rate, invoices, contractor bills and reports you can share.

Clocto is in beta

Clocto is free during the beta. Features may change while we test it with our first organizations. Paid plans may follow: we will tell each organization's administrators before they start, and nothing is charged without the organization agreeing (terms of service, section 7).

New sign-ups are closed during the beta. To ask about using Clocto, write to privacy@clocto.app.

Your data

Each organization sees only its own data. Clocto reads your Google Calendar only with your permission, read only, and never sells your data or uses it for ads. The privacy policy and terms of service have the details.
