How Clocto uses your Google data
- Sign in with Google. Clocto uses your Google account's name and email address to sign you in and to match you to your organization's team.
- Google Calendar, read only. With your permission, Clocto reads the events in your Google Calendar to show your meetings next to your time entries and to suggest time entries (Magic Fill). Clocto never creates, changes or deletes calendar events.
- Only what you save is kept. Calendar events are read in your browser. Clocto stores an event's title, date and identifier only when you save a time entry from it or dismiss its suggestion, plus the identifiers of the calendars you choose to read.
- No AI use. Clocto does not use Google APIs or Google user data to create, edit or train artificial intelligence, and never to generate images of any kind, including AI-generated non-consensual intimate imagery (NCII).
- Never sold, never used for ads. Clocto's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
